Top Tips for using the FFNetwork

If you want to get the best response from your profile on the FFNetwork, simply use the following great tips in conjunction with the example profile on the right handside.

Upload a Photo
Uploading a photo will also significantly increase your chances of being contacted. If you are unsure how to do this, try following the photo help option in the "edit profile" section of "My Account". If your photo takes up too much memory try cropping it, this usually works.

Update Your Profile Regulary
This moves your profile up to the top of the profiles page, so you will be seen much more!
Include Lots of Information
People are less likely to respond to very short profiles, so include as much information as you can. This might include your sporting philosphy, ambitions and what you would like in a sports buddy.
Safety First
We discourage you from putting personal details in your profile - please read our safety tips for more information.
Contact Others
Don't be afraid to contact other users - you'll often be pleasantly suprised by new people you meet and will be glad that you contacted them in the first place! Don't forget there is no obligation to meet up and sometimes it's good just to chat with like-minded people!
Edit Your Preferred Exercises
Make sure you have edited which sports you are interested in. Most people search profiles according to "sporting preferences" more than any other criteria, therefore if you haven't edited this part, people are less likely to find you. Try to also include as many sports as you can.

About Me: I recently graduated from uni and am looking to get back into shape. I have a 9-5 job so I'm free most evenings. I'm looking for someone to go running with three times a week. I used to run cross country for my local club and now want to try running a half marathon. I think I'll be able to run a half marathon in about 1 and half hours. I'm looking for someone to train with, so if you think you're a similar standard to me, get in touch.

I also love climbing, indoor and on the real stuff. So if anyone is looking for a climbing buddy or planning any trips to some rock faces then let me know.
