With a lust for cycling, we are an independent studio with a key focus to deliver an indoor cycling training experience that will shake your energy levels up! We will compliment your need to cross train by delivering classes that will maximise the delivery of your health goals by: optimising fat burn, building leg strength and toning muscles, boosting the cardio endurance system and strengthening the heart, interval training, stress relief and increasing energy levels. Each of our instructors is professionally qualified and with the Studio equipped with the unique new Johnny G Spinners and Suunto Heart Rate monitors, you will experience the ultimate in Indoor Cycling - Spinning. There are no gym contracts but a simple pay as you go cycle structure. Our studio is geared up to accommodate everyones needs at every level. Serious fun!
