We are open to the public as well as treating sports individuals and squads.
Our staff are very experienced Chartered Physiotherapists who, for years, have treated Olympic and world class athletes as well as professional football players and leading rugby players alike.
The team is able to offer: screening, profiling, and individual treatment programmes. Services available include:
•Full assessment and consultations
•Resolution of back pain including whiplash
•Facilitation of recovery of muscle and ligament strain
•Rehabilitation following an accident or surgery
•Relief of muscle and joint pain
•Screening and prevention of injury
We also have an on-site Human Performance Centre which provides lab tests (VO2 max, biodex, lactate etc), field tests (agility, strength, flexibility, coordination, reaction time testing) and performance analysis.
Equally we offer nutrition and sports psychology support plus many other services which are not normally available as a one-stop shop for athletes and under one roof for the general public.
